TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To secure your booking the first week's payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). This will secure your reservation and is not transferable or refundable as outlined in our cancellation policy. The remainder of your account will be due on arrival.
Once we have confirmed your booking with you, we will email a booking number, payment amount and a link to our booking confirmation page to enter your credit card details via our secure server.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full (unless we secure another booking for the period). All bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee. If a cancellation fee applies this will be charged to the credit card number supplied to secure your booking.
